"My 9 year old rescue, lab mix loves her humans at Sage Valley. It was recommended to me when I moved to town almost 5 years ago by a coworker who described the staff and owners as "dog people." I was looking for a place that would understand more high maintenance dogs that weren't good with group play. All of the staff have been WONDERFUL to Birdie. In more recent years, they've been so helpful with all of her medical issues that seem to pop up just before a planned trip. They've taught me secrets about how to protect a hurt paw and all kinds of other ailments. Her tail wags in circles when she walks in and she starts howling with joy and they just love on her and let her be herself. I can't say enough about how great these folks are and how comforting it is to know that she's safe and happy while I'm away."
