"Sage Valley took great care of our pup. Our pup is a rescue and she is a very scared little thing. Her fears sometimes lead to aggressive behaviors so we have never boarded her before. This was our first time boarding her so we researched many places and Sage Valley was the place we felt most comfortable taking her. We had a long discussion with the staff regarding her behaviors and they assured us she would be no problem. They offered a quieter section of the boarding facility for her and offered many play alternatives that would make her feel most comfortable. We boarded our pup for 6 days and on the 3rd day we called to get an update on how she was doing. They had no issue providing us with an update. They were super nice and raved about how well our pup was doing. The staff said they had no issues with her and she had been doing great with everyone. We were plesently surprised because our pup usually does not do well with new people. When we went to pick our pup up she was so comfortable with the staff and was even jumping all over them. This never happens with her and new people!!! She looked happy and healthy when we picked her up. When we got home she slept for hours so it was obvious she got a lot of activity while she was there. Our first experience was great with Sage Valley and we will definitely be taking our pup there again!"
